BRAG Loves Birthdays!

We offer two Birthday Party options:  Standard Birthday Parties and Open Gym Birthday Parties.  Descriptions of each are outlined below and both options require reservations.  ***BRAG members and non-members can make party reservations by selecting a date and time through Find Events of the Classes and Events Tab in the Parent Portal link above.  Non-BRAG members should first give us a call to check on available party dates, then register through the Non-members Registration Link below to make a reservation.  If you have any problems registering or reserving a Birthday Party online, please give us a call at (540) 832-4272 and we will walk you through it.*** 

What BRAG provides:
-One hour of staff supervised challenging and fun activities in the gym.
-A 1/2 hour for refreshments and gift opening in our party room.
-A BRAG t-shirt for the birthday child.
-Refrigerator, microwave, tables, chairs, and table clothes.
-Clean up of the party area and gym.

What you provide:
​-Any refreshments you would like to serve at the party.
​-All of the tableware (plates, napkins, plasticware, cups, and serving utensils), decorations, candles, and lighter.

Fees:
​-$50 (non-refundable) deposit to reserve the date and time which is applied toward the total cost of the party.
-The base party fee for BRAG members is $250.00 (10 participants included, $15 for each additional participant).
-The base party fee for Non-BRAG members is $325.00 (10 participants included, $15 for each additional participant).
-Balance is due at completion of the party. 

***Children must be at least 5 years old to participate in an Open Gym Birthday Party in accordance with our regular Open Gym minimum age policy.  The number of participants is limited to 15 in an Open Gym Birthday Party.***

-One and a half hours of unstructured free play during Open Gym under the supervision of our coaches.

-Clean up of the party area and gym.

What you provide:
​-Any refreshments you would like to serve at the party.

-Make-ups will not be accepted in lieu of payment for the Open Gym Party participants.

-All participants must have a liability waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian on premises to participate in a birthday party.
-Party participants will only have access to the gym area under staff supervision and during the allotted party time.
-We ask that party participants do NOT wear clothing with buttons or zippers to prevent damage to equipment and injury to the BRAG staff.
-Parents and legal guardians cannot enter the gym area except for the purpose of taking photographs or video during the allotted party time and all shoes must be removed prior.
-Adults are NOT allowed on any equipment.
