Below you will find brief descriptions of the various classes we offer and links to the class schedules.
The tuition prices listed are the monthly fees. We accept mid-month and mid-session enrollments with the tuition charges being pro-rated accordingly. Any pro-rated monthly tuition fees will be charged on the date of enrollment and on the first of each month thereafter. The annual registration fee is $60 for the first child, $40 for a second child, and $25 for a third child or a total family rate of $125 to become BRAG members.

Mini Gymnastics
This 45-minute class for 5-6 year old girls teaches basic gymnastics skills to improve strength, flexibility, and self-confidence. Exercises will be introduced to build the necessary flexibility and strength to perform progressively more advanced gymnastics skills. Additionally, students will learn the importance of following directions in a safe and fun environment.
Beginner Girls
This is a 60-minute beginning level gymnastics class for girls ages 6 and up. It covers all the Women's Olympic events (vault, uneven bars, beam, and floor) and has fun on the trampoline and tumble track. This is an introductory class for girl’s gymnastics.
Advanced Beginner Girls
This is a 60-minute advanced beginner gymnastics class for girls who have taken gymnastics before and who are returning to the sport after a two month break or longer or who have been in BRAG’s Beginner Girls Gymnastics class for more than one year and are familiar with the basic skills and terms.
Intermediate Girls
This is a 60-minute intermediate gymnastics class for girls who have mastered the basic skills required in the beginning class and are ready to learn the next level of skills using the USA Gymnastics Level 2 skill progressions. Minimum requirements for a gymnast to enroll in this class are the unassisted repetitive execution of a strong round off and bridge on the floor exercise and a pull over and back hip circle on the uneven bars.
Stars In-House Team
This is a 60-minute (invite only) gymnastics class for girls who have mastered the basic skills required in the Intermediate class, and are ready to learn the next level of skills using the USA Gymnastics Level 3 skill progressions.
Tumbling and Trampoline Level 1
This 60-minute class offers boys and girls, ages 7-17 years old, an opportunity to learn the basics of tumbling and trampoline. They will use the spring floor, rod floor, trampoline, and tumble track as training aids. Basic tumbling skills which includes cartwheels, roundoffs, back walkovers, front walkovers, forward and backward rolls will be taught. On trampoline, students will be taught how to safely use a trampoline to hopefully help minimize backyard and trampoline park injuries as well as work on basic beginner skills such as jumps, seat drops, turns, front, back and twisting drills. This class is a must for anyone who has a backyard trampoline.
Tumbling and Trampoline Level 2
This 60-minute coed class offers the opportunity for students to build upon the skills learned in Tumbling and Trampoline Level 1. A student must have either completed Tumbling and Trampoline Level 1 or be evaluated by an instructor in order to enroll in this class. Tumbling & Trampoline Level 2 will focus on back handsprings and roundoff back handsprings for tumbling. On trampoline, correct technique for both front and back somersaults as well as proper combination of skills will be taught.
Tumbling and Trampoline Level 3
This 60-minute coed class offers the opportunity for students to build upon the skills learned in the Tumbling and Trampoline Level 2. To be invited into the Tumbling and Trampoline Level 3, students must have mastered a roundoff back handspring for tumbling and front and back somersaults on the trampoline. This class focuses on multiple back handsprings in a row as well as front and back tucks/layouts/twisting. On trampoline, emphasis will be on twisting combined with multiple skills in a row.
Dance Acro Level 1
Dance Acro Level 1 is specifically for girls already in a dance program. This class emphasizes flexibility, strength, balance, and the artistic execution of tumbling skills to be utilized in dance. Dancers will learn variations of handstands, cartwheels, rolls, bridge transitions, and much more to compliment their current dance instruction.
Dance Acro Level 2
Dance Acro Level 2 is specifically for girls already in a dance program or completed Dance Acro Level 1. Students MUST have already mastered a hand-stand, cart wheel, back bend, and bridge kickover. We will be working on front and back walkovers, front and side aerials, front and back handsprings, butterflies and much, much more.
Mini Ninja Gym
This is a 45-minute class for Boys and Girls ages 5-7 years old. This class focuses on tumbling, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination and endurance. Students will learn how to navigate obstacle courses designed to challenge each child's strength and agility in preparation for the Ninja Gym class and tumbling classes in the future. This class is a great addition to students already enrolled in preschool, ready to transition to a class specific to tumbling skills.
Ninja Gym
This 60-minute high energy class for boys and girls has aspects of tumbling, gymnastics, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination and endurance which are vital to all sports. Students will learn how to navigate obstacle courses designed to challenge your child’s strength and agility as well as learning tumbling skills in a safe and fun environment.
The Back Handspring
This is a 30-minute class with a 1 to 6, instructor to student ratio, focusing solely on the back handspring. A student must be able to perform a bridge kick-over without assistance to enroll in this class. The students will work on drills and skills for the sole intent of learning a back handspring. This class can be taken on it's own or would be a great addition to a cheer or tumbling class. Call us to make arrangements to enroll in this class.
Mini Cheer
This is a 45-minute coed class offered to 5-7 year-olds interested in cheerleading. The class is an introduction to the fundamental elements of cheerleading. The athletes will work on basic motions and jumps, cartwheels, and forward rolls. They will also work stunting from the knee and in turtle back positions.
Cheer Prep 1
This 60-minute coed class focuses on building and retaining cheerleading skills. The students will work on flexibility and strength in order to master motions, stunting, and tumbling skills related to cheerleading. Additionally, cheers, chants, and dance routines will be taught in this class.
Cheer Prep 2
This 60-minute coed class offers the opportunity for students to build upon the skills learned in Cheer Prep 1. A student must have either completed Cheer Prep 1 or be evaluated by an instructor to enroll in this class. Cheer Prep 2 will focus on prep level stunts, jump sequences, chants, and tumbling. The tumbling includes back walkovers, front walkovers and round-offs. *Cheer shoes are required.
Cheer Tumbling 1
Cheer Tumbling 1 is a 60-minute coed class. It is dedicated to cultivating the athletes' tumbling skills specifically used for cheerleading. The athlete will work on skills while utilizing multiple apparatuses to include the spring floor, trampoline, and tumble track. Beginner level cheer tumbling skills covered include cartwheels, round off, back walkovers, and front walkovers.
Cheer Tumbling 2
This is a 60-minute invite only class. This coed class is offered to athletes to build upon skills learned in Cheer Tumbling 1. Athletes must have mastered a back walkover unassisted and a running round-off rebound to participate. The class focuses on back handsprings and tumbling connections.
Roly Poly Babies (Coming Soon)
This is a 30 minute class dedicated to helping your little one reach their next milestones in life in a fun, supportive, and gentle environment. Parents or caregivers will join their child in an interactive class where emphasis will be placed on visual tracking and developing strong stabilizing muscles while they explore the world through movement.
Parent and Tot
Parent and Tot participation class for children ages 18-47 months. The class is designed to provide parents the opportunity to participate in the physical, mental, and emotional development of their child while having fun in a safe and rewarding environment. Instructors will provide guidance while parents are responsible for helping their child participate in the activities. This is a very active and fun class for both parent & child.
Tiny Tots
Tiny Tots classes teach basic gymnastics skills, hand-eye coordination, gross motor skills, jumping, climbing, flexibility, strength and conditioning, and Preschool Readiness Skills in a fun filled 30-minute class specially targeted for 3 year olds. We use music, games, and fun props to create an enjoyable experience for the children.
Pre-School
Pre-school classes teaches 3-5 year olds basic gymnastics skills, hand-eye coordination, gross motor skills, jumping, climbing, flexibility, strength and conditioning, and Kindergarten Readiness Skills in a fun filled 45-minute class. We use music, games, and fun props to create an enjoyable experience for the children. Students must be potty trained, no pull-ups.
