Teens in Leadership Training Program

Bull Run Academy of Gymnastics (BRAG) is now hiring enthusiastic, outgoing individuals with competitive and/or coaching experience to fill instructor positions for its recreational and competitive gymnastics, cheerleading, and tumbling programs.  Recreational class instructor applicants do not need to have previous coaching experience to apply.  This is a great first job opportunity for former gymnasts and cheerleaders.  Pay and benefits will depend on level of experience.  If you would like to be a part of BRAG’s fun and dynamic coaching staff, please forward your resume to programs@bragnow.com.

Teens in Leadership Training Program

Teens in Leadership Training is a 6-week program for youth ages 13 to 17 years old that aims to help those interested in becoming active in the workforce to develop leadership skills and business knowledge that can be used throughout their professional life.  Learn effective time management strategies, tax information, and standard business practices, while also gaining valuable knowledge on how to effectively motivate and lead children in a class environment.  The fee to participate is $75.  Available class dates are listed below.

Coach Mallorie:  Mallorie is BRAG's Director and a Compulsory/Optional Team Coach.  She has been with BRAG since 2014.  A gymnast since the age of 5, she participated in gymnastics for 9 years and competed up to Optional Level 9 in Virginia.  She started coaching with the opening of BRAG, coaching everything from Parent and Tot to now leading BRAG's Compulsory Gymnastics teams.  She received her H

Coach Quianna:  Quianna is BRAG's Associate Director and Head Xcel Team Coach.  She has been with BRAG since 2017.  She started training in gymnastics at the age of 7 and competed up to Optional Level 8 in New York.  While in high school, she competed on her school's gymnastics team and also coached at her home gym, Elite Gymnastics. Coach Erica:  Erica is BRAG's Facility Manager and Developmental Team Coach.  She started teaching recreational gymnastics at BRAG in 2021.  Previously, she coached for five years at Flames Gymnastics Academy in Arizona. Coach Matt:   Matt joined BRAG in 2020 and is a Compulsory/Optional Team Coach.  He started training in gymnastics at the age of seven and competed through his freshman year of college.  He qualified for the Junior National Team 2003-2004, finishing 11th All Around and 4th on the Parallel Bars in the event finals.  He has been coaching since 2011 with multiple Xcel and T&T state champions to his c

Coach Solange:  Solange has been instructing recreational gymnastics since the summer of 2017 and started coaching Xcel Bronze in 2020.  A gymnast since the age of 8, she competed in Virginia in the Xcel program up to the Diamond level where she placed on numerous occasions.  During her free-time, she enjoys anime and regularly cosplays at conventions.  She can speak four languages: English, Frenc

Mary:  Mary is a former optional level gymnast, power tumbler, and cheerleader who competed at the national level in power tumbling and cheerleading. She is the daughter of two YMCA directors and has several years experience participating in numerous athletic programs.  She began coaching while in college and held her first program director position immediately after graduating from the University

Drew:  Drew is BRAG's Business Manager.  He gained his entrepreneur experience as a small business owner in Missouri at the Lake of the Ozarks.  After which, he served in the US Army for 23 years and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel.  During Drew and Mary’s numerous assignments across the United States and other countries, he grew to appreciate Mary’s passion for gymnastics.  Drawing from their exp
